Greg Ezell

Chief Financial Officer

 

Greg Ezell is a financial professional with a broad range of industry experience including manufacturing, technology, and financial services in leadership level roles.

Mr. Ezell serves as Chief Financial Officer of Beneficient, having worked at the company for five years.

Prior to his job at Ben, Mr. Ezell was CFO for Pure Gen Holdings, Inc. and Vice President – Corporate Controller for Homeward Residential, Inc. He also spent 14 years with KPMG where he was a senior audit manager.

Mr. Ezell’s experience includes working with public companies in the $250 million to $1 billion revenue range and private equity-owned companies in the $100 million to $500 million revenue range.

His experience includes strategic planning, technical accounting, financial reporting/analysis, budgeting/forecasting, shareholder & board of director communication, SEC filings, M&A, international operations, treasury management, and vendor management/contract negotiations.

Mr. Ezell has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Henderson State University.
